30-Day Free Returns on Unopened Items

We want you to feel confident ordering from AutoTech Trends. To request a free return, submit our Return Request Form within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery.

Our team will review your request and contact you with return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized return shipments are not accepted. To qualify for a free return, each returned item must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. After the returned item is received and inspected, qualifying items will receive a full refund of the eligible product purchase amount, without restocking fee, damage deduction, or return-shipping charge. Original outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items that do not qualify for this free-return program may be reviewed under the standard Return Policy in our Terms and Conditions. Custom-color, special-order, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
