This LED strip arrived as a replacement for the original. It works perfectly. AutoTechTrends was very responsive in getting the replacement part to me.
I was able to add the power running boards and have been extremely pleased - they work perfectly and allow my wife to have easier access getting in and out of the car that prior was a bit of struggle for her. Would recommend them to any X3 , X5 or X7 owner .
When I received the parts, the passenger side rear cap was damaged so I ordered the part and you sent it to my HOME. I am currently on vacation anxious to go back and have it put on. The running boards were installed perfectly from JOES STEREO in San Diego. we are so happy with them. They had a sense of elegance to the vehicle.

I just got my running boards installed. I love them. So does everyone else. I went to drop my car off for maintenance at BMW. Everybody complemented me. These running boards look good AND they are much needed. My kinds all agree as they used them to get in my vehicle.

These upgraded running boards for my wifes new Pallisade Calligraphy Hybrid are impressive! They look like they are factory installed and works flawlessly. Pricey but so far worth every penny!
Love the running boards, work perfectly for my wife. They were not the easiest to get working. Had two different shops work on installing, neither could get them to work. Ending up talking to your tech support with some help, but it took a gentleman named Eddy out of Florida and a whole day and I wired them myself. Eddy was the best help of anybody.
These steps are great! We installed them ourselves and had to get some support which was amazingly fast and helpful to direct us to change one of the printed instructions to fit our cars make/model. I am VERY HAPPY with these steps on our new G-Wagon 63.
Had my mechanic installed cause I had no way to get the vehicle off the ground. Found a crossbar underneath he was concerned about it, he went through the instructions that I gave him after he read itt he said it was very simple. Iβm very pleased with these it makes it much easier getting in and out of the vehicle. Thank you auto Tech for all your help!

Customer experience was great. Constant follow up on product availability, able to provide expedite my shipment and when the shipment packaging came damaged, you were contactable and able to walk me through every item in the package making sure that everything was there for my tech to install. Even after installation, your team was available to answer questions. Iβve had this installed 3 weeks ago, and have loved this side steps. What my video didnβt show is how bright the LED lights up at night. The LED strip along the side step lights up even brighter than BMWβs puddle lights. This is a great product and no where else can you find a better one. Took my car in to the dealership for my service, and they too were impressed.
Love my running boards. I had them installed by Ultimate Audio in Valdosta on the recommendation of the AutoTech Trends staff. I had a pair installed on a previous Hyundai Palisade that was totaled. The passenger side of the vehicle was tore up pretty bad but the passenger side running boards came through unscathed.
I love the running boards on my 2026 Hyundai Palaside. I am short so they are a big help getting in and out. I have had many complements on them.
Works as advertised I love them this is that extra addition that you probably thought you didnβt need but you glad you have it just sets your palisade apart from the others ones
Absolutely exceeded all expectations and made getting in and out a whole lot easier for shorter members of the family! Quality was superior to lots of others i've seen, would order again without hesitation .
So I had Total Customs and Tinting install the running boards and they did a great job even though the 4 hours install time changed to 6 hours and they had to keep our car over night. Evidently the installer needed a couple hours to learn how to install them. At $125. a hour I didn't think I should have to paid for them to learn how to install them. But they did a great job. The running boards seem to be a little of the flimsy side because when I step on them they flex. The ones on my truck do not flex at all. I was also a little upset that they were not American made.
These steps are fatastic. The install was not too bad and they work really well. We did have to call Support since we had no power to the steps after following the provided instructions. The support team was incredibly reponsive and told us to change one of the wiring instructions to something different then the printed documentation and it worked great!
Our β26 Palisade running boards look and work great! Auto Tech also helped to recommend a professional installer in my area that had knowledge of installation and got it done quickly.
Had the units installed. Technician had to contact you several times to get current, specific information about wiring issues. Otherwise they were just what we needed for my wife to get in and out of the Grand Cherokee.
2026 Mercedes GLE 350 and the steps are a great addition. Very happy and would recommend this to all SUV owners.

This is my 2nd pair of running boards from AutoTech Trends. The first pair was in a 2025 that was totaled. The vehicle was hit square in the passenger door and the running boards made it through unscathed. I just wish I had the tools to take them off. My 2nd pair was also installed on a 2025 Palisade and I love them. The front end cap on the passenger side running board was cracked upon delivery. I contacted AutoTech Trends and they shipped a new end cap the same Day. I HIGHLY recommend AutoTech Trends Rick Oelkers
I purchased the AutoTech Running Boards for my 2025 Lincoln Aviator. I absolutely love this product. Everyone has remarked how cool they look, especially with the lights. This company shipped my Running Boards on the same day that I have made my purchase and they arrived the next day. They also gave me the name of the company in San Antonio that they recommended to install the Running Boards, and that company did an excellent job. I unfortunately must have done something wrong, which caused the end cap of the passenger side, running board to come off. I contacted this company and explained the problem and sent a picture. They responded immediately and actually shipped the replacement part in the mail on the same day. This company has excellent customer service as well as a great product!

2026 Palisade Calligraphy looks great with the powered lighted running boards. A lot easier to get in and out. Great product works exactly as advertised.

We enjoy the retractable side steps on our Telluride. Any little issue I had during installation was quickly addressed by the Auto Tech customer service and management and gave clear guidance how I should proceed. Our grandchildren are excited to see the steps open and retract.

Unlike a previous purchase from another vendor(in China) that did not go well because the equipment did not match my Genesis GV80, the documentation and equipment from AutoTech Trends was perfect. The installation was just a bit over a 3 hour money saving installation. I was told that there were 3 telephone calls made by the installer to Auto Tech. The calls were answered very quickly and installation clarification was provided. From a customer perspective, I am I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from AutoTech Trends.

Ordered the deployable running boards for my 2025 Range Rover Sport Dynamic. At only 5β1β tall, I needed a boost to get in and out of the car when wearing skirts or dresses and these boards are perfect! They also look amazing when deployed at night, lighting the perimeter of the vehicle. Love them!
